well check out the oil, make sure the oil inst tan, if it is, that's where the water is going, Water does evaperate too, that is why the mixture of coolant and water should be 50 /50.. If you are running just water, that could be you're problem.. Other than that, make sure all of the hoses do not have any holes or cracks, when the water heats up, those hoses expand, then they can start to leak, so be careful and watch the water temp light...

The radiator is in the frame mount and the water pump is bolted
to the engine block and it should be fairlly easy to discover which
is leaking with a cooling system pressure test...
