Train will be difficult. There are hundreds of vehicle transport companies out there but only a handful, say 20, that actually use train at all.
The best way to find a company to ship your vehicle is to get multiple price quotes from a website that provides quotes from multiple well rated companies like AutoTransporter.com and then check the companies out on TransportReviews.com to make sure they are "really" quality.
I used TransportReviews.com to find that the average rate for a five star rated company to ship your vehicle from FL to IL is $757. There are some as low as $545.

Train is definitely not the way to go. Contact a professional company that ships cars http://www.vehiclemovingservices.com/ It's not a cheap process, but neither would be finding someone to move it on a train. You can even have it delivered right to a specific address if you're into that. Do a little web searching, pick out five or six companies that sound good and call them up to ask for a price. Now you've got different companies competing for your business and an easy route to saving some money.
