They do the same as the thin ones. Every person is different.

I am a plus size woman who has had five children. None of them were by c-section. I think personally that plus size women tend to go natural since we are already stretched out so to speak(no offense), where as smaller women tend to have more complications especially if the baby is to big it cannot pass through the birth canal as easily.

I'm a plus-size gal, and had a c-section, however, it had nothing to do with my size. I was all set to have a vaginal birth, but baby went into distress because the cord got wrapped around his neck.

But now I'm scheduled for a repeat c-section next month, cuz my dr doesn't do VBACs.

c-section really dont have to due with the size of the person but more on the way the baby is laying or if the mother dosent have the strength to proced and something goes wrong with the mother or baby.

Plus size women are more likely to have some health problems with their pregnancies, like I did, I had preeclampsia, and had mine emergancy c-section.

Its always best to try to have a natural birth. Most c-sections in the states are unnecessary
