Do you mean a Sears Allstate motorcycle? I've never heard them called Montgomery Ward. Montgomery Ward was affiliated with Sears - Sears/Montgomery

Hi i'm Roger from Minnesota,
I just bought a 1966 250 cc Touring Motorcycle Wards Riverside yesterday for 400.00 dollars hasnt ran for a few years ,complete with all owners manuals and title, the bike is missing the headlight ring and speedometer, So Im looking for info also,, here is an address for a little history ,,and some pics http://www.cybermotorcycle.com/euro/brands/wards_riverside.htm please let me know if you come across or if you have anything ,, i would be very interested in hearing more about yours

this bike was made by Benelli out of Italy..you can probably find info on it via a google search. I use to own one and it wasn't half bad for the time.
