Shouldn't we call ourselves United Statesians if we want to be so frilling politically correct?

I live in The Rep. of Panama right now. This whole hemisphere is America...Why don't we call ourselves United Statesians..it is more descriptive of where we hail from. I am not so much in favor of political correctness which i think has taken all the flavor, tradition and humor out of our world...but this one change would seem to correct an error in the typical USA citizens percreption of being an American and no one else on this side of the world is.

That is what we are called in other languages. (estadounidense) It would make more sense.

I think Usanians would be much shorter and easier.
