I'm not overweight, but my body fat could be a little bit lower. At the moment it is about 26%, I'd like it to be about 24%, so I just need to lose a few pounds or maybe I will just have liposuction instead lol. HTH : )

I'm a male, 5'9" and 148 pounds. I'm not sure, but I'm going to say that I would be about right from a BMI standpoint. Problem is everyone thinks I'm way too skinny because everybody else is so overweight it seems.

I'm underweight according to BMI. But I'm happy with how I am. Anyway, no matter how much I eat I don't gain weight.

I'm 5' 6" and weigh about 150 pounds. Although not obese, I feel fat. However, all of my weight is centrally located and unproportioned. To look at my face, wrists and ankles I'm not a fat person.

I think I need to loose like 10 or 15 lbs. I'd be exstatic with 20.
