No- not only will the alchohol dry the tattoo- it will also cause some of the color in the ink to rise, leaving you with the need for a touchup.
Also, those sanitizers may not be that clean to start with.
Most tatto artist recommend washing with soap and water, patting dry and covering it lightly with a clean, dry bandage if you are going to get bad stuff in or on it.
By 2 days. most tattoos are 'sealed'.
Last thing, some artist will take saran wrap, cover the tattoo, and tape it down with skin tape- although this will work, you run the risk of the tattoo getting moist underneath, which also may cause you to loose some color.

I wouldn't. The high alcohol content will dry out the tattoo.
Simply wash it well in the morning and apply lotion like Lubriderm to it.
Where did you get this tattoo?
If you're worried about keeping it clean, you could also bring a small bottle of soap to work with you and wash the tattoo during your break, don't forget to apply more lotion.

You best bet would be to keep it covered with a clean non-adhesive bandage (like a telfa pad and and kerlex) to avoid contamination. However, soap and water is the best way to keep a tatoo clean. Sanitizers work in a pinch, but the alcohol is drying to the skin and may cause excessive peeling. They should not be used exclusively to keep the tatoo clean.

The safety of hand sanitizers is questionable to begin with. (Government testing protocols leave much to be desired. Like a consideration for our health and well-being.) Until it heals, the area of the tattoo will absorb even more of the stuff.

No, you shouldn't be using anything with alcohol in it, or aloe. Aloe vera can mess up your tattoo. Anti-bacterial soap to clean it, and no scented no aloe moisturizing lotion works best.

Why don't you just masturbate with a pair of sterile salad tongs then you don't even need the Purell.

No that will dry it out. Just wash gently, pat dry and apply a thin layer of A&D ointment to it, that is all the protection you need.
