Nemesis. That movie actually moved forward and took some chances. All the others were alright. Nemesis just did everything A Trek movie should. I still cannot believe they killed Data.

I would agree on the First Contact, because:
1. It has the end of Borg Queen that captured Picard
2. It gives foundation to the first person who built the warpcore
3. Data gets to feel his skin
