the majority of the time this means the ads on the page didn't load. this happens alot on geocities homepages. other times it means the author of the site mad a mistake in the html source code.

there are millions of things that can go wrong when using a computer. but to give you the correct error message for each problem would take up more room on your hard drive than it has.

so the computer does the best it can with the few messages it has.

This error means that all the features of that web site were not downloaded to your computer browser correctly.

To resolve it, you may try refreshing that page. If it is still displaying the same error, try deleting cookies and temporary Internet Files and restart your computer.

If the problem is still there, than it may be somethin with the web site.

No action on your part is required. It simply means that your browser was unable to load all of the code correctly. In some cases this will have little or no affect on your browsing experience, while in others it will be readily apparent.
