I believe that during the fall-of-humanity/ war-in-heaven period, there were a number of immortals who chose to no longer obey YHVH or Shekinah. Those who chose to act on the behalf of the accuser became 'devils', those who chose to obey no one became 'demons'.

No, the devil is a myth invented by Christianity to try to force people involved in the religion to behave the way the religion dictates.
I do believe in evil, I just don't believe in the devil.

No. The devil was made up by humans to scare us into being good. Now, if you say God is all powerful then why would he let such a creature exist? And if God is unconditionally loving and he is, then why would he send humans to hell which also doesn't exist. Cause if you love so greatly and unconditionally there is no way you would send your children to eternal damnation. There is no devil. Only ignorance on earth which is opposite of love therefore that is what we call evil acts.

NO! The devil was made up a long time ago just to scare people into being good and well-behaved. God would never create such a horrific thing, nor would he ever banish his loved ones to an eternity of such a place as Hell. The Earth we live on is the only Hell that exsists.

The devil as he is known now does not exist. He was originally a Pagan god of the hunt and revels. When Christianity came to Britain they tried to invelope many of the old Pagan worship into christian festivals, christmas, easter, are all originally paga. However the horned god was such a strong figure that the Christians tried to destroy him, without success. So when they failed they decided that he was evil and threatened anyone who worshipped him with punishment. From that we now get the devil as we know him

Yes, as much as I believe in God! I do for both - and guess what - he/she does not have pointy ears and a tail! Think Al Pacino's character - the lawyer (surprise?) John Milton in the Devil's Advocate - a wolf in sheep's clothing - you'll never see him coming. Unless you beleive he exists, that is!
But God won and will win - Good over Evil!

The Devil is a scapegoat construct to blame humanity's own darkness on.

I believe in the devil, I believe in demons, I believe in Hell, Yes I believe that Satin is real and I believe that his minions walk among us. More so I believe in God and his ability to smite him.
The Devil is the name given to a supernatural entity, who, in most Abrahamic faiths, is the central embodiment of evil. This entity is commonly referred to by a variety of other names, including Satan, Asmodai, Beelzebub, Lucifer and/or Mephistopheles. In classic demonology, however, each of these alternate names refers to a specific supernatural entity.
Christianity views Satan as an angel cast from heaven by God, for being prideful, deceitful, and the tempter
