Free homepage att yahoo.com. Use yahoo page builder if you don't know how to code. Go to a web source if you want to learn html codes. Just search: html and you'll find different free tutorials.

i used some easy templates in www.GQdaddy.com it cost hardly anything and the results were amazing.

you need to first register your domain - GQdaddy only charged $9.99 (compared to network solutions which was about $35.00!!)

then go to their build a website section. easy as pie
