No he will just burn or damage his skin but the color will eventually come back (often much darker).
Skin color is programmed in your DNA and it takes more than a household product to mutate that gene.
Michael Jackson has a diseaes called vitiligo where it affects the pigmentation in the skin. He uses makeup to even out the skin tone. Some people get it so sever they can appear to turn lighten through time and go from black to white: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Girlwithvitiligo.jpg
People with vitiligo can't be exposed to the sun very much because they have no skin pigmentation to protect their skin from harmful UV rays.

there's a possibility that if he bleaches his self he would tun white but it wouldn't be completely white
