If the password is windows login password you can try with this software:

I take it that is the 'boot-up password'. In that case, you have to open the laptop first. Then locate a small battery on the motherboard. Remove it and replace it after about 6 minutes. (1minute usually)
That should solve the problem. But, get it done by a professional.
