I've been annoyed by other people's kids before. But I'm starting to notice that half the time the parents' fussing can make a bad situation worse.

other peoples kids can be annoying, but also their parents. In short, some families are a real pain, but others are capable of becoming good friends.
There is no set rule here.

mainly the parents a they are the ones that REALLY should know better...........but in general I do not suffer other peoples kids running wild, screaming and being a royal pain in the butt be it in the store or other public places.

IF it is in my own home then I shall tell the kid off [what is it with USA parents that allow their kids to jump on furniture] and if it is not resolved by the parent I shall end the visit as quick as possible and ensure that there is NOT a repeat visit.

Kids only do what the are ALLOWED to get away with..........

At this point, I think it's the kids, because I have to deal with them and the things they do and say to my daughter at school. But obviously that means they come from a family with eff'd up parents. Sometimes I can't even believe what hellions these parents raise, and then send to school to teach my daughter all their problems. Kids suck, except for mine.

It is defiantly the parents. If they could control their children and make them listen, then the children would not get so out of hand.

I went out to eat with one of my daughters and her two children one night. Now mind you I have custody of her sister's 2 two year old children. While my two sat in their seats and ate their meals, her two children sat on the floor under the table and ate!!!

I was so embarrassed, she said she had to pick her battles and that one just wasn't worth fighting. I told her I could think of nothing worse that two children eating off of the floor in a restaurant. Yes, it is the parents fault.

Parents should be more annoying because they are grown-ups and know exactly what they do. Kids don't: they just wanna have fun.

I say the parents. It is the parents that allow the kid's behavior.

Their parents. The kids don't know any better and their parents aren't teaching them.

the parents because they ignore the childs behavior. or sometimes they think their child is perfect and does nothing wrong. so the parents lack of discipline.
