Yes, two more teams in the east. Ottawa and Halifax.
And, the league needs to have profit sharing to make the teams survive. There needs to be set salaries for set positions, like the XFL had. If someone doesn't like the $$, tell them to get the hell back to Alabama and sell appliances.
And, even look at being in the USA again. Some teams were doing okay down there.

Yes, by at least two..... the Winnipeg Blue Bombers need to go back to the Western Division. So two teams would be needed in the East. The most logical choices would be Quebec and Ottawa (with new and improved ownership)

Heck ya, they should expand to some cities in the States that don't have NFL teams. Maybe try Las Vegas, San Antonio, Shreveport places that love football, but have to settle for High School Friday nights or semi-pro beer leagues.

Yes but definitely not in Ottawa. They have tried that and the people of Ottawa are not interested. How about a team in a maritime province, possibly in Halifax.
