i mean when we men go shoping for you all, and we think we found something nice to bye you, and come home with it to give you , you might say thats nice, thank you, your you might wear it on time and we never see it again.whats the deal?

some girls just don't know that a guy is being nice. when i guy actually goes shopping for a woman ... that is extra nice in itself. it takes thought in a nice gift and i'd appreciate my guy just going into the store let alone buying a gift.

First off, just to help you out a little, it's "buy" not "bye".
Now for the question. What I would do is pay close attention to what she already owns. Has what you bought matched the style of what she usually owns? If not, that might be a problem. To get a great idea of what she really likes, take her window shopping one day. Take mental notes of what she pays closer attention to. And then, when you're ready to buy her something, you already have several good ideas on what exactly she likes.

Oh lovie, know your lady - what does she like? Personally, I am a diamond whore - yes, I admit it. I also love to go to the Ballet and I love massages....and I love Coach purses...I get my nails done all the time. Hook me up with anything along those lines and I will thank you OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Buy me something you want me to wear and if it isn't something I like, we have issues.
Gifts are about the person, not about the item you are buying. It should be something that you look at and say "this is SO JACKI!" (insert her name, not unless you wnat to buy me something, in which case you have my xmas list above - haha)

I guess I must be different. My husband calls me a cheap wife. I hate diamonds, I'm allergic to gold, roses belong on a bush, and I hate to shop, even for groceries. I am happy with a new book, cooking and baking things, or a new blanket. So maybe you just got lucky and got a real picky female.

OR
listen to her....if you are walking one day and she's takes note of an item in a window, remember it and go back for it. She will be impressed that you are really listening and care about getting her a quality gift.
