Hey, Here are several good ones:
Olay regenerist, Oil of Olay, Mary Kay products, etc. Those work good. Other things you can do to redure puffy eyes and dark circles is to rub an ice cube around your eye area for a couple minuttes. A wet lemon or mint tea bag ( not dripping.. just to let you know) is also good. Try cucumbers on your eyes these help as well. Other solutions is to wear sunscreenn when you are out in the sun, wear sunglasses so that you aren't squinting, and also, get some reading glasses, cuz when you read, and can't see all that great, you can develop lines and wrinkles even at your age... :( Don't smoke and drink a lot. Don't get too tan. Protect your body and nourish it and you should be fine! Remember, You are beautiful even with those fine lines!

I say this a lot when it comes to lines and wrinkles - drink lots of water!
As for the eye cream - of the ones I have used, I recommend Olay Regenerist and Clinique Advanced Stop Signs SPF 15 for daily use.
MAC Fast Response also works very well under make up and almost completely removes fine lines, in my case.
I have used Clarins Eye Revive Beauty Flash and it worked great but was too expensive in comparison to the other creams which worked just as well for half the price.
Finally, I suggest you get samples of a few brands and try them out before purchasing.

As much as I hate to promote Mary Kay, I would have to say the best eye stuff that I have ever used is the Mary Kay Cucumber Eye Gel/Mask. I am over 25 and I use it after long nights out and when I wake up I have no puffiness or lines.
