Most people will say no but if you consider the relationship of Astrology and Astronomy there is scientific basis to Astrology. I think you can have a strong agruement both ways. I am not sure if technically it is defined as a science though.

no, astrology is the "study" of horoscopes and your "sign". but astronomy is the study of the solar system and the planets, stars, etc.
