When I have a LH surge detected when should I have an intercourse? After two days or the same day?

I believe the LH surge means ovulation is impending (like the next day.) Your optimum day of fertility is actually the day before ovulation, so I'd start having intercourse asap. Unless your partner has a low sperm count, you can have intercourse every day, so how about the day of the surge AND the next two days?

not sure, call your doctor and ask them. I guess to be on the safe side do it the same day and two days later. can never do it too much
