Was I being messed with???

I am babysitting a little girl...I wanted to go out but I didn't have her car seat...SO I put my daughter in the middle (buckled her up) but not in her car seat...she's only 4.....and put the younger girl in my daughters car seat.....well...if it didn't so happen a police car kept following us around....everywhere...I couldn't go no where because if the cop found out that my daughter wasn't in a car seat I would've gotten a hefty fine.....

I think the cop knew..

Well he might have seen you do this and was waiting for you to stop so he could verify his suspicions. I've had to do that before when I babysit my great niece and her dad forgets to leave the car seat. I just make sure that I drive the speed limit and when we get out I look around when I put her back in the truck.

The police officer knew because they are maintaining 24-hour surveillance on you. They know what you will do even before you do. That clicking on your telephone line? Them. That telescope in your neighbour's window? Not for stargazing. And the initials on that van out on the street in front of your house do not stand for Rene Chevalier's Magnificent Poutine.

I would be careful if i was you.

I think you were being messed with. I think the cop knew (maybe) and was trying to keep you from going anywhere. He could tell you were a law-abiding citizen.

I think you knew it wasn't a good idea and you were feeling guilty. If the cop knew he would have pulled you over and didn't need you to stop first. I was your conscience at work.

Yes Itty, they have tabs on you. If you thought he was following you, you should have gone through the car wash and when he followed you through the car wash you could have speed away while he was stuck in there. =0)

It is possible that the police watched you do this and was waiting for the right time to pull you over. Apparently, he didn't pull you over, so I guess everything is fine.

At the risk of sounding like an a...hole here, I am sure they know the color of your panties and the number of frills on your bra. Just forget about it!

would have really sucked if you got in an accident and your little girl would have gone through the windshield. Kind of puts things in perspective, huh?
