Whoa, he has made it more than clear that he regards you as his trusted friend, but NOT a realtionship possibility. We all have certain tastes, and you are not within his sphere of what he deems "date material." We all have criteria, you included. If the shoe were on the other foot, what would you feel? His relaying the info he has is his gentle way of telling you that he is not interested in you are lover potential....take it in stride and be his friend...no big deal. There is a world of other men out there, some of which will find you attractive in that way. Too many of us assume that just because we are the right sex for a Gay relationship, that is all that counts...it isn't . Take no for an answer, stop dreaming about his being with you, and move on..be his friend, laugh about the shared stuff, and let it go. This is NOT his fault. He cannot make himself find you sexually attractive if the chemistry is not there. Why put more into this than it is? To those who say, "Out him," that is evil and nasty. Why would anyone want to get on that bandwagon? Sometimes, we do not use very good logic or thinking. This guy didn't ask you to fall for him, and he doesn't owe you an explanation. good luck

Oh, wow. Unfortunately, spending too much time listening to him downgrades you to "brother" status, which is a very hard hole to get out of. Try to steer him to other gay and bi friends--talk about going to local events together or something. Also, since you have already told him how you feel, you may as well remind him--tell him you want him to be happy, but he's making you unhappy.

i HAD a friend that did that to me. She knew I was hurting and yet she sat in front of me with her new gf and started talking about their sex life and strap-ons ect..................knowing I was alone after a recent breakup. Some people are inconsiderate and your friend sounds like one. In my case I wrote her off cause she wouldn't stop. Some people do this to others cause it builds up THEIR self confidence and makes THEM feel better. Next time he starts cut him off right then and there and either change the subject or leave.

You told him how you feel and how his talking about the other guy makes you feel and he still does this? To me that means he doesn't care about your feelings. Honestly I would cut him out of my life. You don't need people in your life that don't respect you and care about your feelings.
