Probably NOT a good idea. I am surprised that you have moles if you have dogs????? Try putting dog doo down the tunnels ... better still if you have a cat, use "used cat litter" as cats are predators and the smell will encourage the moles to move on.

Yes, if you have put the traps in the run ends properly. The top bits should be below ground level and I presume you have covered them to keep the light out ( moles are not entirely blind)

they sell a blade that you put on a pole in your garden that vibrates the ground and keeps the moles away. the wind takes care of the blade to vibrate. it only takes acouple days to drive them elswhere.
