OK so why does every one think Cena should turn heel then?

Face meaning (baby face) or a good guy. Usually plays by the rules and is cheered
Heal meaning Bad Guy. Breaks the rules cheats. Usually people boo them
There are some in the middle which is like a Stone Cold or a HHH or a Rock which kinda was never a heal but never a face. Those guys and go from side to side in which ever situation they wanted.

Face is the good guy and heel is the bad guy, there is also the term tweener, which is someone fights the good and bad guys, everyone thinks cena should turn heel so he could with some hope freshen up his stale character

The heel in wrestling is what you would call the "bad guy." Heels are the ones who cheat to win & fight dirty (Examples: using the ropes for leverage, illegal choking, using weapons when match is not hardcore, etc). Heels get booed.
The face or babyface as they are often referred to is the "good guy." Faces fight clean & don't cheat to win. Faces get cheered for by the fans.
