If you are on the pill, you can skip the placebo week and go onto the next pack, thereby eliminating all menstruation for that month, save for a bit of spotting perhaps. The next menstruation may be a bit heavier.

Beyond that, some people swear by an accupressure point. Underneath your ankle on the inside of your leg, there's sort of a depression between your ankle bone and the pad on the bottom of your foot. If you touch it, it's a bit more sensitive than the rest of your foot. Rub that with your thumb for about 20 minutes once or twice, or longer, there's really no method to it. I have had people tell me it brings on your period (only when it's time for it, not during the middle of your cycle, of course).

For reference, look at this pic and the area labeled "ligaments"

The area you'd rub would be underneath the anklebone and along that line behind it towards the back of the leg, by the achilles tedon.

If you're on a hormonal BC method that you control (the pill, the ring, or the patch), then just skip your off week (the last week of your pill, the week without your patch or ring) and move on to your next pill cluster, patch, or ring as if you're starting a new cycle.

DO NOT under any circumstances take the advice about douching. Douching is totally unnecessary; the vagina cleans itself out (hence you see discharge), and all the rumors are wrong about using it for an emergency contraceptive or menstruation inducing. Douches throw off your vagina's natural balance and workings, which can only make matters worse and, if you're having sex, can actually dry it out and make you more susceptible to tears and infections.

each woman is diverse as to her classes... i recognize also often times i'd start up my era some days earlier Ramadan, so hence the 5-7 day cycle flows into the first week of Ramadan, then I start up my next era the finest week of Ramadan, so often times those years. I easily have 2 cycles in the time of Ramadan.. in the adventure that your classes are that close, like quite a few 15days.. you would opt for to seek a docs suggestion or get checked. you would because the guy above says. have some hormonal complications or different elements causing abnormal or better commonplace cycles.. in the adventure that your accepted practitioner deems you ok and prevalent for you. then.. as in accordance to islam.. you aren't any more required to quick or pray at the same time as on your era.. it really is a mercy from God.. its no longer difficult to take a million day a month contained in the subsequent 12 months to make up your ignored quick..

There is no way to make your period arrive earlier. If you are on a type of birth control, you can regulate your cycle and know exactly when your period will begin and when it will end. No cheating mother nature though.

The best thing to do is see your gyno. If you are not on birth control already, you ask the gyno for some. Taking it will delay your period further - when you stop taking the active pills, you'll get your period. I used this trick for my wedding day and honeymoon. I explained it to my gyno, and she gave me birth control pills to take until everything was over.

Wow... did you know that JESSICACAT and JOLO4EVA were certified Obgyn.... who knew??? I didn't. And they don't ever.

You'd be surprised at what's on the market nowadays, especially with over in the UK vs the USA.... with products like "The Morning Afer Pill" you just never know.
Consult your doctor. As this is beyond MANY wanna be commenters knowledge.

Lots of douching will bring it on - (try maybe 5 in one day) - - at least it's worked for me a couple of times. I wouldn't advise it on a regular basis.
