He want to help people, like give them transportation, medical, or just hang out with them.

I would say to get the biggest bang for your buck, I'd target medical facilities and any other kind of applicable existing buisness who could refer their clientel to your service by the busload. Because older or sick people who need this kind of service the most usually don't make the decisions for themselves and usually have little spending cash..
what I wouldn't do is advertise using a slogan with these 3 words in the same sentence, " Escort, Service, Women" Trust me.

Put in on the paper or in the airport people come and go all the tie and they have to wait if they read that they will use your "friend"
