well i have the same phone plug in the usb cbale into your computer and the phone and found new hardware should come up go threw the step by step process to install then go to my computer and open it and look for your phone open it and go into the file that you would like to put your song or picture into and open the folder with your music in it and simply drag them i

umm...if u have installed the software and eveything jus goto WMP and put music in ur sync list and hit Sync and it should do tht

you will find your phone won't play wma music, only mp3... and if you put some (wma's) on it will show a blue diamond and they won't work......
