They Don't switch after each serve!!
They switch after the 1st game and every 2 games after that, so they switch on every odd number of games for all the reasons the other people said above...

It is not after every serve, it is after every three serves and when tit is an odd number of games for example in the first, third, firth, seventh, ninth etc. n the first game you only change side, in the rest you can relax and sit, for a think 60 seconds, changes are also because of the position of the sun, same opportunities or chances for every player.

its all about equality . the players switch sides to have equal chances concernig the sun facing and wind facing and any other factors that might affect the game or the player

i dont know but my guess would be cuz of the sun and the wind. it would be like playing a video game. one person says the controler is messed so they switch controlers every game to keep the playing field even
