He started off as a Democrat... maybe rejoining hs original party would help him. What say you?

Why do you people insist on blaming the democrats?! Seriously, a republican does something and it's the democrat's fault....

Sounds like someone's afraid of the truth. That a Republican did something bad. Oh well, admit that he was a republican and move the heck on!

The only thing that could save his career would be to create a time machine out of a Delorean, go back in time, and NOT be an alcoholic and a wanna-be child molester throughout the course of his career.

The guy is sick. His career is over, as it should be. Any democrat who welcomes him back into politics is out of their mind.

Foley's entire political career has been as a republican, so maybe as a citizen he can call himself a democrat. However, as a convicted felon, which he will soon be, he will lose his right to vote.

I say he was never really a Democrat because the only reason why is a Republican now is because when he ran as Democrat he did not win. Only a Republican switches sides just to get into office. Look at Lieberman

What's the big deal? Dems said it didn't matter if you screwed around while on the clock, as long as you sent our jobs south and our markets east.

I say no. He has chosen the correct party for his sick ways. Corruption, lying , cover-up, yes the GOP is the correct party for him.
