I believe that you need to petition court for the divorce. Most likely you will need a lawyer, because you will have to comply with the special provisions concerning notification of person whose residence is not know. In some jurisdictions you have to mail letter to last know address, in some you need to advertise in new paper. But taking into the account that you are not living together for 25 years it is simple formality.

If you are VERY LITERATE yoiu can do it yourself . You should be able to get what you need from your local probate court. If you are low'income, legal aid can help you but it takes forever because of their huge backlogs. Your best bet is to find and pay an atty or paralegal. Usually, in your type of case, as article announcing the divorce action is placed in the local paper for a certain amount of time.

You have to get a lawyer. Unless your super smart & can do this on your own. You'll most likely have to put articles in several different newspapers announcing your intentions to give this person a chance to respond or contact the courts. This is of course from what I've seen on TV. You defintely have to hire a lawyer so that this is done right.

regrettably I sense that theres extra to the story than in basic terms an elementary temper spell. This probable has been in the makng for a while and the yelling basically broke the camels back and alter into all shes going to take. What youre describing now's the desperate attempt of a desperate guy to shop his marriage while he could have been doing this all alongside. If her minds made up theres little you're able to do now to alter it yet to bypass along with her needs and pray God intervenes on your behalf. Sorry, yet maximum adult men dont learn til its too previous due, as Ive been there performed it too. Youve basically found your wifes snapping factor and all women human beings have one. sturdy success

First you have to get a lawyer tell him you don't know where your spouse is and he tell you to place an ad in three different news papers and if there is no response in the time given by the courts then you go to court and you are granted your divorce. Hope this helps

Get a lawyer. They'll ask for an address which you won't have (or make up one) and when he doesn't respond it's an uncontested divorce. Actually much easier than if you knew where he was and he didn't want one!
