Why on earth would you want to do that to people! Your best bet is to check out one of those companies that sell mailing lists. Next time you get a chain letter, the ones where you mail a dollar to 5 different people and you're supposed to buy a mailing list and people are supposed to mail you 800K, they tell you to contact a company, whose name they give you, contact those people and you'll be on your way to harassing unsuspecting individuals!
