Yes they did lose the baby. It was a girl. As far as I know they were documenting the pregnancy and birth on the reality show, "Run's House" on MTV. But they won't be airing it of course.

Actually, the baby lived for some days and unfortunately she passed away.

It is so sad. I read it in t.v. guide and saw it on E. My thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family!!
