i have had under eye circles for years and years, i have tried everything from expensive creams, to fruit slices, to sleeping more, to .....well everything and frankly i am sick of it all.
what i wish to know is what is the name of the procedure where you can permanently get rid of hereditary dark under eye circles, and how much does the procedure cost?
i know it has something to do with lasers.

Have you been to a doctor, plastic surgeon, anything? I know there are treatments out there. Treatments at home usually don't work for under eye circles. Type in your search bar "laser treatment for under eye circles" and some information will come up about this procedure. I know it's annoying, be sure you use a concealer prior to applying your foundation until you can get this problem resolved. Good Luck!
