At work I have a difference of opinion with a manager, if anybody could answer this question or direct me to somewhere that could help this would be great thanks.

check with your union, it should be in the staff room but does not have to be a specified size.

It really depend on what you want to put on the board regarding any issues and it need keeping up to date, so a 6x4 board would be sufficient, also depends on your workforce a board in different dept so that members don`t have to travel to far to read them

I think your union would be able to advise you.

My advise would be to make it as big as possible and put it somewhere like the staffroom

It should be in the break room and should be poster size.
