The Raiders will win 2 games this year. No one can go 0-16, you would have to be intentionally tanking games to not win at least one.
Art Shell is a bad coach and the players seem to have figured that out.

They could win A game this year if they pull it back togther. The biggest mistake was picking up Aaron Brooks. With him hurt they had a chance. If they can win AT SF this week they may turn it around. Come on they gave the Browns a game. I don't care if it is just the Browns they need to get a TD and needed to get a close game in if it was going to be another loss. Hopefully Art Shell can still build enough Confidence in this team to win this week. Short of that they have Arizona, which they may have a chance in that which is after Denver next week. After that all they may have is Houston.

As long as they win against the 49ers this weekend they can claim themselves the best bay area team.
If Shell can suck it in he would resign for the better of the team and let the coaching staff take over until a new head coach can be found.
It didn't work the first time around and it certainly didn't work this time around for Shell.
The best thing to do is to get a first round draft pick next year and get a coach with offensive expertise like maybe Mike Martz?

When a new coach comes in and installs an antique system, gets an o-coordinater that is worthless, and signs a starting QB that is worthless, it's kinda hard to get all the players to buy in. Only the real players, like Warren Sapp will give all they've got. The jerks and me me me types won't. Poor coaching + lack of team players = crappy team. Old cliche, there is no i in football.

Yes they will. I haven't seen their schedule but i haven't ever since any team lose all the games. I don't think they will win against the niners this week though. I think the niners will be out to prove something after being shut out by the Chiefs.

They don't have that easy of a schedule. If they don't get their crap together, maybe they could win 2. San Fran and Houston.
