Men have nipples because, at conception, we are all the same sex. We either form into a male or female later on in the pregnancy. The nipples on men are just underdeveloped breast tissue.

People have two "sex chromosomes"...one is an "X" chromosome, the other can either be an "X" or a "y" chromosome. The mother passes an "X" to her child, the father can pass either. The nipples come from the mother.
As a follow up answer, (I'm sure you were going to ask how women produce milk), Milk is produced in "X-X" combination people (women) by modified sweat glands. When a woman gets pregnant, it sends a signal to the body to start producing milk for the soon-to-be-born child.

The development of nipples in the womb actually happens before the sex starts to develop, is what I seem to remember from learning about human development. That way, the nipples are already in place should the baby develop into a girl.

what a question?
man and women are created exactly the same way when they are babies,
but women grow breasts and men don't,
but they keep the nipples
they give a kind of beauty to the chest, and have some sensors in them for women to play with

During gestation, humans start off looking asexual,. Only after a genetic trigger does the sex truly start to develop. However, some traits don't disappear: hence nipples.
Wrap your head around this one: labia is nothing more than differently developed testicles, and a clitoris is a differently developed penis.

male and female are essentially the same - our sex organs are just tweeked by chemicals. Perhaps the tweeking is done better by nature than scientist currently can, but when science catches up- will we all say yes to ourselves at every passing moment or just clain "I gotta a headache"
