omg, i see those all the time! they get on my nerves so much, i tell ya. They're man Capris. i know this, my brother's friend wears them. i was like eeewww the first time i saw them. there also big here, in London. I am pretty sure they're Man Capris. Hope this helps.

I think Women's Capri's are ugly too. Are they high water pants? Really long shorts?? Make up your mind!!! For some reason I think they're sexy on my girlfriend though... But before her, I hated them! And I still hate them on other women!
