1980s!!!
I'm ONLY into Christian music, so I got to go see Mr. Michael W. Smith in the Oakland Coliseum along with another SUPERSTAR Amy Grant (married to another great star named Vince Gill). A great 2 for the price of ONE. The concert lasted about 2 hours (where else can you get good value for your ticket money).
That was back in 1985...Good concert, and BOTH artists are still delivering, still bringing it!!!

The VERY FIRST concert I ever went to was when I was 9(Liberace) LOL. I actually liked it though. The next concert I went to that my mom would let me go to was Culture Club.It was in 84 or 85. LOL. I was about 12.

Peter Frampton was my first concert! I think it was 1978. I had his posters all over my walls and was totally infatuated with him. I swore I was going to find him and marry him!! lol

Unfortunately mine was in the 90's. My first ever was New Kids on the Block (i feel stupid!!). Then i went to George Clinton concert and a hip hop fest. But thats all.
