Depends on your basis of philosophical comparison, but in my world and my religion no polygamy is not a sin if everyone is loved, respected and cherished. Just like every other relationship.

Remember I speak of proper SSC polygamy, not sickos finding a way to marry illegal under agers beacuse of some skewed religious philsophy derived from reading the wrong falliable religious tome.

Hmmm, the Mormons seem to be ok with it, I suppose it depends on your religious persuasion. The fact that it's illegal here in the states seems to make the entire argument pointless.

Believe what you want, but you do have to follow the law or you wind up in Jail.
As far as marrying many wives to avoid being guilty of infidelity, that rates right up there with being g0y. Looking for loopholes and trying to circumvent the teachings of a "Holy Book" invalidates the idea of faith. You either believe in something or you don't. Lookig for a loophole isn't "clever" it is showing that you wish to place your own beliefs above those that are taught. I'd say that qualifies as a "sin".

I agree with "jus ine" but to be nice will throw in my two cents.
Humans will make anything to be a sin if it doesn't agree with their train of thought.
