No. The sea may be referred to in some (like Return of the Native travel by sea is mentioned, etc.), but the setting for all of Hardy's novels is "Wessex" (Dorset in reality, I believe).

The only Thomas Hardy works I've read was "Return of the Native", but I can't think of any others right off hand.
