How to divorce a woman which is married illegally or not as an official wife. Is it okay just by saying "Talaq" or should it be with the wife's permission??
How about if the woman doesnt want a divorce?

if the man says talaq three times in a row , then that is an automatic divorse .. no matter what the wife wants ...

Wife's permission is not required for a divorce.
If a man says talaq once, then they are divorced.
Ask youself and do not fall for stupid answers. Does it make sense if you can divorce a woman who you have already divorced?
You have to marry her again in order to divorce, so do not fall for 3 divorces at once.
However, if a man remarries and divorce her again...and then the it happens 3 times...then, according to muslim laws, she has to marry someone else....have sex with him...and then if they agree to have a divorce...he can marry the original husband.....though, no one goes that far.

Once the husband gives out the talaq..they are already divorced.No such thing as giving out 3 talaq...Wives cant refuse the talaq.
