i'd say they prefer someone who's healthy and is responsible enough to take care of himself properly.

It's all personal preference. Some girls like hefty guys, other girls like the defined guys, and others like the twigs!
You just have to know where to look. :)

I just have to state the obvious(& don't hate me for this) it may be just the sexual positions, like more penetration with less belly.
