They sound a bit cajun..I used to have there album but over the years it has got lost....I had it about 16 years ago so it's an old band.

Sounds like the Kentucky Headhunters. I've got tickets to their show this weekend in Arkansas. They are a country band, with a little rock mixed in. They had some big country songs about 10 - 15 years ago. Dumas Walker, Walk Softly, Oh, Lonesome Me were the ones I remember.
