What are the exact rules for what kind of college credits will count towards the 225 required to sit for the CPA exam? For example, I have 5 credits at a community college that did not transfer to the university where I got my degree. Will these count?

Unfortunately those 5 credits will probably not count. I would highly recommend looking on the CPA website for the rules of accredation.
