OOH Beautiful! I miss my Rosie Boa. She went to live with my ex when we split.
Anywho, it could be that she is slowing down because of the cooler weather. Samus, the boa, would eat once a month in the cooler weather and once every week and a half when it was warmer. Males also have a tendency to stop eat ting when they are lonely. Maybe find a mate? Even if no loving is happening it generally perks them up and they seem happier.

It could have to do to the colder temperatures...dont worry just yet. Should she continue not to eat after a couple of more weeks I would take her to the vet and see what is up. You will want to make sure that you take her to a vet that is used to seeing reptiles. Try going on www.kingsnake.com and reading the forums there for similar boa issues.

she might just not be hungry. Try again in a few days. If she doesnt eat then. Try again in another few days. Sometimes they need extra time to digest. If after all that she is still not eating take her to the vet.
