Who can decide if a war is illegal? The U.N.? Nobody pays them any mind, if they did there'd be no wars since according to them it is illegal to start a war unless attacked. It is also illegal to be that attacker thus no war. Yet there are wars going on all over the world.

Who deems wars illegal? The UN? The US? I dont know of ANY war the USA has been involved in the last 40 years that is illegal. Especially not the war in Iraq.
