I think that there are a couple of things that could happen and have happened to me. First of all, yes you could just really want to be pregnant. I have had the delayed period, the physical symptoms, the emotions and even went for a blood test because I was sure I was pregnant. But I wasn't. I was late and my hormones were a mess. Don't rule out a mild hormonal imbalance(this can be mild but still inhibit ovulation).
Secondly, sometimes women are pregnant. 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage but most of those were unknown pregnancies because the miscarriage happened around period time and it just seemed like a period.
Thirdly, if you are only relying on a urine pregnancy test then try getting a blood test done. Some women just have very low HCG levels in early pregnancy. Perhaps it is because they ovulated late in the month and there are just not detectable levels yet. A blood test is a good way to find out for sure.
The mind does strange things too...It really affects our physical well being. If you want to be pregnant badly, then yes it is possible you are portraying symptoms. You are not imagining them. Your body is really having the symptoms because your mind wants the pregnancy so badly.
I hope you conceive soon and have the baby you are hoping for.

Well I have heard of such cases and some women do "just know" and some "just don't".

With you, you might want to just take the proper steps to have a baby because wanting one so bad can lead to false pregnancies and that's just not good for your body. The brain is very powerful and thinking that way can have you believing it and so will your body. Your body can possibly react as if you were pregnant but your not i.e stomach getting bigger and feeling the pains in the pelvic region.

So what I would say do it the right way and you should be happier. Good Luck

That happened to me once. I had the nausea and tender swollen breasts, missed period and everything. But it was actually just a shift in hormones that caused the side effects. When I did finally get pregnant I had no nausea or a missed period and didn't know I was pregnant until I was 8 weeks along.

There are actually psychological pregnancies as well that can cause swelling in the stomach etc. I provided a link to Wikipedia below that covers that if you want the information.

yes i've had your right you might want to be pregnant so bad that you actually imagine or it seems like you have symptoms of pregnancy, but the only way to know for sure is a missed period and a pregnancy test... Good luck in trying to concieve...

Yes...sometimes women can TRICK themselves into thinking their pregnant. I used to do it all the time and i would take a test and it always came back negative. Finally, (when i was pregnant) i was like "oh no, i don't need to take a test i know I'm not pregnant blah blah blah". Well what do ya know....i was pregnant. It was the weirdest thing.

confident I particularly have been asked because of the fact I particularly have continually been obese. it is extremely embarrassing. yet I basically form of shrug it off now. I particularly have not been asked in an extremely long term. no longer in view that I had my daughter besides.
