Oh that's nasty... I can't imagine it happening. Maybe if it wasn't all of the way in (sometimes a little might poke out and be annoying) and she has crazy vaginal muscles but she'd have to be pushing and laughing doesn't make you push, I don't think. It tightens up muscles.
