I'm looking for a usb flash drive that is very easy to use for beginners, can hold many images, does not store data on the shared computer, and where I can upload the data to other sites. Can you recommend one that serves these purposes? Thanks

I would go with a cruzer jump drive. Or anything by sandisk. They are inexpensive and are great drives.

Go to tigerdirect.com. Do a search on flash drives and you will see many of them. By the way do not get anything under 1 gb. With today's low prices there is really no need to.

No, this is a popular Serial Bus circuit which has a USB port linked so which you will plug your flash stress, cam, printer or different USB pushed gadget in and use them. A flash stress is almost like a HDD in that it could keep archives, %., or what ever into memory and be plugged into the USB port to be examine or used.

a flash drive is just a storage device.
the bigger the drive, the more it can hold. the rest of your wants or needs are based upon the users ability to move copy and delete files.
you want a 2 gig flash drive. thats about the largest i think
the rest of your data is immaterial to flash drives.
