as a best buy employee, i got some basic facts on it:
there are two versions, one that costs $499 and one that costs $599. there are a few main differences between the two... the cheaper version has a smaller (20 GB) internal hard drive than the more expensive one, which has a 60 GB hard drive built in. Also, both have bluetooth capability and a 4.0x USB drive, but the more expensive one also has a memory stick/flash/SD drive. The basics, though, are pretty much the same-- same games, system, and controllers.

wait...I voted wrong. BOTH VERSIONS OF THE PS3 COME WITH BLU-RAY....NOT BLU-TOOTH, BLU-RAY.
and it's $499 for the 20GB and $599 for the 60GB

I dont know the price yet but it looks cool as heck and it has more factory extras than a swiss army knife..... Im gunna get one when it comes out in the US!

playstation is doing the same thing as XBOX. they are making 2 models. the fully loaded modle is 600.00 and the core system is 500.00... ouch. check out this website it kind of favors the xbox 360 but it might be helpful to you!
