I feel like a mama Kanga. How, what exercises do u do? No suggestions using knifes, please.

My suggestion is to do cardio work outs for 4-5 times a week for a minimum of 30 min. Then after a few weeks, start doing sit ups. Do them when you can, while watching TV. Believe it or not, the ab roller (during the 90's) really helped me get rid of mine. You definately don't want to do sit ups before you start to shed some pounds in the mid section because you would be adding muscle to fat which would only make your tummy larger. It would defeat the purpose. Good Luck!
